15k is the perfect spring distance! Join us as we train for one of our local favourites—the Canada Day Road Race—and take your endurance, fitness, and confidence to the next level. Week by week, we’ll build your stamina, so tackling 15k feels strong and smooth.
You’ll also dial in fueling, hydration, pacing, and gear—the key details that make all the difference. And best of all? You won’t do it alone. With coaches and a community by your side, you’ll have support every step of the way. Let’s lace up and get after it!
Included:
Weekly Wednesday evening group run
Two weekly homework runs, to be done on your own (or with new running friends from the group)
Weekly session pre or post run on a running related topic, which may include: mobility for runners, how to pick the right gear and shoes, intention setting, meditation and mindfulness for runners, instruction for proper running form, nutrition and hydration for running
SOME RUNNING EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED. You should be able to run a minimum of 5k continuously to join this clinic.
This clinic is geared toward training for the Canada Day Road Race 15k in Edmonotn, Alberta, on July 1. Race registration is separate, and you can find all the details here:
